Here’s how the process works:
1. Come in to one of the Chief Peguis Pharmacy outlets and meet the pharmacist and our talented staff.
2. Once you are comfortable with the team, let them m ow you would like to move your prescriptions to Chief Peguis Pharmacy.
3. And that’s it – you are done!
4. From there, our pharmacists will:
– ask for your health number to access your profile and records
– contact your previous pharmacy and inform them of the change
– obtain the necessary information from the previous pharmacy
5. Once this is all complete we will be ready to sit with you to do a complete meds review
